One of the most distinctive elements of RAGHUVIR is its emerald green portrayal of Lord Shree Ram. While contemporary illustrations often depict Ram in blue tones, many classical scriptures and traditional Indian art forms describe Him as Navadurvadalashyama—the colour of a fresh Durva grass leaf. This deep green complexion has been preserved for centuries in the Bengali Krittivasi Ramayana, traditional Pattachitra paintings, and historic Ram temples across Bengal.

Our interpretation follows this authentic artistic tradition, honouring a heritage that has been passed from one generation of artisans to the next.
