At Narion Watch, each watch is carefully crafted with attention to detail, especially our hand-painted dials. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict no refund policy. However, we stand behind the quality of our watches and offer a replacement guarantee under specific conditions.

1. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances once an order is confirmed and delivered. This applies to all products, including custom and hand-painted watches.

2. Replacement Policy (Warranty Coverage)

If your watch has a manufacturing defect or functional issue within the warranty period, we will provide a replacement.

Warranty Coverage Includes:

Movement malfunction (watch not working properly)
Internal mechanical defects
Battery-related issues (if applicable)

Warranty Does Not Cover:

Physical damage such as drops, scratches, broken glass, or water damage unless specified as waterproof
Normal wear and tear such as strap aging or minor marks
Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
Color or design variations, as each dial is hand-painted and unique

3. Warranty Period

The standard warranty period is *1 year* from the date of purchase.

4. Replacement Process

To request a replacement:

Provide your Order ID and clear photos or videos of the issue.
Our team will review the request within 2 to 4 business days.
If approved, you will be guided on the return shipping process, and a replacement watch will be dispatched after inspection.

5. Important Notes

Replacement is subject to product availability. If the same design is unavailable, a similar design of equal value will be provided.

Customers may need to bear return shipping charges unless the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect.

6. Handcrafted Product Disclaimer

Each Narion Watch features a hand-painted dial, making every piece slightly unique. Minor variations are not defects but a mark of authenticity and craftsmanship.
