Return & Replacement Policy

At Narion Watch, we take product quality seriously. To ensure a fair process for both customers and our business, we follow the policy below.

1. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Very Important)

Customers must record a clear video while opening the parcel immediately after delivery.

The video must be:

Continuous (no cuts or edits)
Recorded from opening the sealed package till complete product inspection

This video is mandatory proof for any damage or missing item claim.

⚠️ Without an unboxing video, no return or replacement request will be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

A return/replacement request will be considered only if:

The product was damaged during delivery
The customer contacts us within 2 days of delivery
The unboxing video clearly shows the damage
The product is unused and in original condition

❌ Used, worn, or tampered products are not eligible.

3. Return Process

Customers must call us before sending any product back and explain the issue.

Our team will manually verify the problem using the unboxing video and the provided details.

If approved:

Customers may be instructed on the next steps.
Returns must be sent only after confirmation from our team.

4. Replacement Policy (No Refund Available)

No Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

Even for damaged products, refunds are not applicable.

Replacement for Damaged Products

If the customer successfully proves that the product was damaged during delivery:

We will replace the product with the same item.
Replacement shipping cost will be fully borne by Narion Watch.
Replacement will be dispatched after:

Receiving the returned damaged product (if required)
Successful verification by our team
All replaced or exchanged products will be delivered within 5–7 business days.

5. Non-Acceptable Claims

Replacement will not be provided if:

No unboxing video is submitted
The claim is raised after 2 days of delivery
The product shows signs of use or damage caused by the customer
The damage occurred after delivery
